We don’t cut corners on the build quality just because of the unique shape. The top is cut from a single, solid piece of 19.5mm exterior-grade plywood, the absolute thickest you will find in the industry. It gets four coats of varnish on top and two on the bottom to protect against damp storage conditions and inevitable drink spills. The entire curved edge is wrapped in our heavy-duty black PVC rubber bumper, keeping the wood safe from chips and dents when it is being handled or moved.
The powder-coated black steel wishbone legs lock solidly into place using a heavy-duty industrial mechanism. Thanks to the bolt-through construction with flush rivets, the table surface remains completely flat, ensuring your tablecloths lie perfectly smooth without snagging. When the event is over, the legs fold completely flat into the frame for simple, space-saving storage.
