2ft 6in Round Wooden Trestle Table (76cm)
Need a small round table that won’t tip over when someone leans on it? This 2ft 6in (76cm) trestle is the ultimate compact commercial build. Ideal for cozy pub corners, wedding cake displays, or intimate cafe seating for two. We didn't skimp on materials because of the size; it features the same thick 19.5mm plywood top and rugged steel wishbone legs as our massive banqueting tables. It handles heavy use effortlessly and folds down completely flat for easy storage.
Most small folding tables feel cheap and flimsy, rocking the moment a guest puts down a heavy glass. We went the complete opposite direction. We build this 2ft 6in (76cm) round wooden trestle table to the exact same punishing commercial specifications as our massive 6ft banqueting tables. It is a massive asset for busy UK hotels, bars, and event venues that need to maximize seating in awkward or tight floor layouts without sacrificing stability.
Instead of hollow plastic or thin MDF, the top is cut from a single, solid 19.5mm piece of exterior-grade plywood, the thickest and toughest standard on the market. Four coats of clear varnish protect the top face from coffee spills, while two coats underneath stop dampness from ruining the wood during winter storage. We also wrap the entire circular edge in a thick, heavy-duty black PVC rubber bumper to protect the wood from splitting or chipping when you're rolling it through doorways or loading it into vans.
Underneath, the classic black wishbone legs are made from powder-coated steel and rely on heavy-duty industrial locking mechanisms that lock completely rigid. Thanks to the bolt-through construction with flush rivets, the table surface stays entirely smooth, so your linens won't catch or tear. When the job is done, the legs fold flat into the frame for simple, space-saving stacking
