Built to full commercial spec, it uses our heavy 19.5mm plywood top and rugged steel wishbone legs. It won't rock or bow under a heavy load, it handles the daily grind of catering crews easily, and it folds completely flat so you can stack them away out of sight.
Standard folding tables are usually 2ft 6in wide, which is fine for basic seating but leaves you with almost zero room in the middle if you have people sitting opposite each other. This 4ft by 3ft version changes the game. We build these to a punishing industrial standard that outlasts cheap plastic alternatives. The top is cut from a single, solid piece of 19.5mm exterior-grade plywood, the thickest on the market. With four coats of protective varnish on the top face and two on the bottom, it shrugs off spilled drinks and won't warp if it spends the winter in a cold storage unit. The entire rectangular edge is sealed inside a thick black PVC rubber bumper, protecting the wood from chips and splits when you are loading it into vans or rolling it through tight doorways.
Underneath, the black powder-coated steel wishbone legs rely on industrial-strength locking mechanisms to stay completely rigid. Thanks to the bolt-through construction with flush rivets, the tabletop remains perfectly smooth, so premium tablecloths won't catch or tear. When the event wraps up, the legs fold completely flat into the frame for simple, dense stacking.
