The tabletop is cut from a single, solid 19.5mm piece of exterior-grade plywood, the absolute thickest and toughest available on the market. Four coats of clear varnish shield the top face from spilled drinks, while two coats underneath stop moisture from ruining the wood when stacked away in cold winter storage units. The entire edge is securely wrapped in a thick, heavy-duty black PVC rubber bumper strip to protect the corners from splintering when loading into vans.
Underneath, the black powder-coated steel wishbone legs rely on industrial-strength locking mechanisms to stay completely rigid under heavy loads. Because we use a bolt-through construction with flush rivets, the table surface remains perfectly smooth, ensuring your premium table linens won't catch or tear. When the job is done, the legs fold completely flat into the frame for simple, space-saving stacking.
