We build these to a strict commercial standard. The top is a solid, 19.5mm piece of exterior-grade plywood, the thickest available on the market today. To make sure it survives years of spilled drinks and damp weather, we coat the top surface four times with protective varnish and give the underside two coats. The entire edge is wrapped in a thick, black PVC rubber bumper, so you can load it in and out of vans or roll it across floors without worrying about the wood chipping.
Underneath, the classic black wishbone legs are made from powder-coated steel and lock into place with a heavy-duty industrial mechanism. Because we use a bolt-through construction with flush rivets, the table surface stays completely flat, meaning your tablecloths won't snag and your displays won't wobble.
