6ft Plastic Folding Table with Reinforced Leg
This 6ft x 2ft 6in (183cm x 76cm) plastic folding table features extra steel cross-bracing to handle heavy catering equipment, display stock, and tools. The high-density blow-molded polythene top takes hot food containers, chemical spills, and rain without denting, splitting, or staining. Cleans down fast with basic trade sanitisers. Heavy-gauge powder-coated steel legs swing open and lock rigid with automatic sliding ring braces. Legs fold completely flat inside the molded underside casing for easy van loading and space-saving stacking..
Standard commercial trestle tables handle basic dining well, but heavy catering urns, liquid containers, or heavy trade show kit can cause standard leg structures to flex or sway. This heavy-duty 183cm x 76cm (6ft x 2ft 6in) model upgrades the leg geometry with thicker steel tubing and reinforced diagonal support struts. It provides a rock-solid, fixed-top platform built to take heavy commercial workloads without frame distortion or side-to-side racking.
The tabletop is manufactured from high-density blow-molded polythene. It won't chip, peel, or split under harsh daily use, and the UV-stabilised material stands up to outdoor rain, direct sunlight, and hot dishes fine. Grease and liquid spills wipe off in seconds using standard commercial sprays. Supporting the top is a heavy-duty powder-coated steel frame. Automatic sliding steel ring braces slide directly over the hinge joints as the legs extend, locking the reinforced frame open solid.
Packing down on site is simple and quick. The leg assembly collapses fully into custom-molded channels on the table's underside. This creates an ultra-thin, flush profile that lets transport teams stack dozens of units flat on pallets, transport trolleys, or inside delivery vans with zero wasted height.
