The tabletop is cut from a single, solid piece of 19.5mm exterior-grade plywood, the absolute thickest on the market. Four coats of clear varnish protect the top face from coffee spills and ink marks, while two coats on the underside stop dampness from creeping into the timber during long periods in cold storage. The entire perimeter is wrapped in a heavy-duty black PVC rubber bumper strip, stopping the wood from chipping or splitting when you roll or stack them into transport vans.
Underneath, the heavy-duty black wishbone legs are made from thick, powder-coated steel and rely on industrial locking mechanisms that lock out wobble entirely. Thanks to our bolt-through construction with flush rivets, the top surface stays completely flat, so paper, laptops, or tablecloths won't catch on protruding hardware. When the event is over, the legs fold down completely flat inside the frame for simple, dense stacking.
